The Townes at Manchester Park will hold its annual meeting of homeowners to elect board members and review next year's budget.  All homeowners and residents are welcome to attend.
 
It will be followed immediately by the fourth quarterly board meeting to conduct routine association business.

Christmas Tree Collection
Friday, January 1, 2027 to Saturday, January 16, 2027
Christmas trees will be collected during the first two Wednesdays of January.  All tinsel and decorations must be removed and trees should not be placed in plastic bags.
 
If a tree is placed curbside on Wednesday and is not picked up, please leave it out at the curb and collection will be completed as soon as possible.
