The Landscaping Committee is responsible for planning and overseeing our neighborhood's trees, flowers, and other natural features.
Maintenance
Lancaster Landscapes mows, edges, and weeds every seven to ten days, weather permitting. They maintain all common areas and unfenced lawns. Customized landscaping such as shrubs, flowerbeds, and trees on individual lots are the homeowner's responsibility.
Mulching
Our landscaping contractor places mulch in flower and planting beds in front yards and open backyards. This will help to maintain a consistent appearance and a professional level of service throughout Manchester Park. The landscaper will apply mulch once per year.
