Beginning April 1, 2019, Patriot Disposal is contracted to provide trash pick-up and recycling services for the Townes at Manchester Park.  Please refer to Patriot's welcome letter for details.

 

Each household is provided a blue recycling bin by Patriot.  Residents are responsible for supplying their own trash containers.

 

 

Patriot picks up trash on Mondays and Thursdays; recyclable material is picked up on Wednesdays.  Please have all material out by 6:00 am.

 

 

Patriot provides service on all holidays except for New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  When a designated collection day falls on one of these holidays, service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.

Oversize items, such as furniture or appliances, and hazardous materials such as tires, oil, paint and propane tanks require special arrangements.  Homeowners may contact Patriot at 703-257-7100 or another service of their choice for a special pick-up, which may incur additional costs.

 

 

Patriot Disposal will collect Christmas trees during the first two weeks in January.  Trees must be free of all decorations, and should not be placed out for pick-up in plastic bags.
